Checkpoint: Follow-Through

A golfer in a white cap and shirt mid-swing on green grass.

In golf, the follow-through is a key movement that completes the overall flow and consistency of the swing. If it is unstable, it can break your rhythm and balance, and negatively impact your shot. That’s why a natural and stable finishing motion is essential. With AI Trainer, you can develop the feel for a well-balanced follow-through.

AI Trainer has 2 checkpoints at Follow-through:

Two golf swing diagrams showing correct (top, green lines) and incorrect (bottom, red lines) arm position, club path, and weight transfer.

Bent trail arm

The trail arm flexes and pulls towards the body.
Diagram contrasting correct (top, green lines) and incorrect (bottom, red lines) arm and club positions during a golf swing.

Chicken wing

During the follow-through, the lead elbow flexes.

Reinforcing your Follow Through ensures that your movement is clean and reducing mishits, and adhering to these points is visual proof that your mechanics are sound. It's important to note that while you can of course use the AI trainer feature with any club, currently the driver and 7-iron have integrated modes available. What this means is that the AI Trainer’s evaluation criteria may vary depending on the selected club type during the session. As we improve and update our AI Trainer, more features will be available to use to help you achieve more satisfying and confident swings. Check in periodically on these pages for any new features available through the AI trainer. We appreciate your continued interest and support! If you already have our hardware and are interested in using the AI software, for only $99/year you can do so by purchasing through your my.uneekor account here.
