How do I clean and maintain the Balance Optix® system?

  1. Power Off and Disconnect While Cleaning: Begin by unplugging the Balance Optix® mat's Ethernet and power cable to prevent static discharge. Ensure the mat is powered off and disconnected from any power sources before cleaning.
  2. Handle with Care: Avoid bending, folding, or puncturing the Balance Optix® mat, as doing so may damage the internal sensors.
  3. Cleaning and Maintenance: Use a vacuum to clean the mat. Regular maintenance will help keep it in good condition.
