How do I resolve accuracy or calibration issues with Balance Optix®?
To adjust the sensitivity of your Balance Optix® mat, go to the Settings page in VIEW, enter the System tab, and configure the slider for the Balance Optix® option (VIEW version 2025.3.3 onward only).
Calibration is done at the manufacturing facility, and thus cannot be changed by a user or even a Uneekor technician. If you are experiencing calibration issues (i.e., sensors showing an uneven weight when it shouldn't), then we encourage you to send a video of the issue to Customer Experience at support@uneekor.com for further assistance.
