If your EYE MINI displays Status Code 12, Offline Warning, or an Offline Mode Expires Soon message, your current offline access period is approaching expiration.

Connect your EYE MINI to the internet so the device can validate its license with Uneekor and extend its offline mode.

Connecting the device before offline access expires can prevent the device from progressing to an Offline Lock. If the status code or error code does not clear after connecting, contact Uneekor Support for further assistance.
