Why is my launch monitor not detecting my golf balls?
- Reinstall the latest firmware or algorithm version for your launch monitor through Uneekor Launcher’s Settings > Devices > [Your Launch Monitor].
- Make sure you are using a white golf ball (logos and markings/patterns are okay), since certain golf ball colors are difficult for the infrared cameras to read properly.
- For overhead units, you can recalibrate the launch monitor through Uneekor Launcher’s Settings > Devices > [Your Launch Monitor] > Recalibrate.
- Using the calibration screen in Uneekor Launcher, confirm there is distinct contrast between the golf ball and hitting area.
