When looking at the impact screen, the distance from the room's left wall to right wall should be at least 13 ft to allow for full driver swings (at least 15 ft for golfers 6 ft or taller). The distance from the impact screen to the tee area is recommended to be at least 12 ft for safety purposes, but if this cannot be met, a minimum of 10 ft may suffice—just be wary of ball bounce-back.

For overhead launch monitors, a minimum height of 9 ft is required, as they are designed to be mounted between 9 ft - 10 ft off the ground. We cannot guarantee their data accuracy if mounted outside of this range, as the cameras are focused for this specific range. Specifically, the height is measured from the top of the hitting area (intersection of the red lines during calibration) to the bottom of the launch monitor's mounting bracket.
