How do I troubleshoot data display problems for Balance Optix®?
For the pressure bars, if pressure with your right foot is showing up on the "L" bar (or vice versa), then you will need to rotate the Balance Optix® mat 180° to fix this.
As for the foot heatmap, if it is displaying in the wrong orientation, you can click the top-right button to rotate it.
