How do I set up or troubleshoot AI Trainer?

Make sure your AI Trainer subscription is active, your software is up to date, and any required cameras are connected and positioned correctly.

AI Trainer also requires a compatible Windows PC with at least 32 GB RAM for best performance. For more information on the specifications your PC should meet, see our article on System Requirements.

How do I play with my preferred third-party golf software?

Accepted Answer

Third-party software must be purchased separately, in addition to requiring a Uneekor Membership that includes the ability to play third-party software. Currently, Uneekor supports the following third-party golf software: GSPro, The Golf Club 2019, E6 Connect. Creative Golf 3D, and ProTee Play.

How do I fix Balance Optix® issues?

Accepted Answer

Most Balance Optix® issues can be resolved by checking power, connections, software recognition, and whether the mat has shifted. If the issue continues, make sure you are on the latest version of Uneekor Launcher, then contact us at support@uneekor.com with photos or video if available.

Question 4

How do I connect or troubleshoot third-party golf software and connectors?

Accepted Answer

First, make sure your account has a subscription license that includes the ability to play third-party software by checking the Licenses page in Uneekor Launcher. Then configure the software path on the Software page and enable third-party auto-launch. If the third-party golf software still has issues after this, contact the software provider’s support team for further assistance.

How do I recalibrate or realign my Uneekor device?

Accepted Answer

Follow the calibration steps for your specific model through Uneekor Launcher > Settings > Devices > [your model] > Recalibrate (or Realign for floor units except EYE MINI).

For recalibration, make sure the calibration board is square with the impact screen; for realignment, angle your launch monitor to be square to the impact screen, then place an alignment rod (or another long, straight object) square to the impact screen, and adjust the alignment angle to match the rod’s angle (if needed).

For best results, keep the launch monitor and hitting mat stationary after calibration and confirm the ball is inside the calibrated hitting zone.

How do I fix Swing Optix® camera issues?

Accepted Answer

Check that the cameras are powered, connected, recognized in software, and positioned correctly. These cameras also require a compatible Windows PC with at least 16 GB RAM (32 GB if using AI Trainer), confirm the PC meets the required specifications if cameras are not working consistently. How do I resolve connection issues with my device or software?

Accepted Answer

Start by checking physical connections, account login, software updates, and whether the device is being detected properly. All Uneekor launch monitors (with exception to EYE MINI when used over Wi-Fi) should connect directly to the PC’s built-in Ethernet port with a CAT6 (or higher) Ethernet cable — not through a router, switch, or hub.

What are the setup requirements for my space?

Accepted Answer

Setup requirements depend on your Uneekor model, room dimensions, mounting plan, and whether the space needs to support both left- and right-handed players. We recommend no smaller than 13' W × 10' D × 10' H, to ensure you can take a full swing with your driver in the center of your sim space no matter your handedness — though this may need to be wider & higher for taller people.

How do I manage account, login, or email changes?

Accepted Answer

Most account issues can be resolved by verifying the email on file, confirming account access, and checking whether the device is registered to the correct user. For ownership or license transfers, both parties need Uneekor accounts, and the original license owner must start the transfer from the registered account. If you need to change the email address used for your Uneekor account, contact us at support@uneekor.com with supporting documents verifying your identity.
