How do I update my launch monitor firmware or algorithm?

EYE MINI Launch Monitor

To update through Uneekor Launcher, firmware version 2.2.8 or higher must be installed, otherwise we will need to send you a USB flash drive to update it with. If the installed version meets this requirement, then you can update it by following these steps:

1. Navigate to page 3 of the EYE MINI's onboard Settings
2. Set Ethernet to Static and Wi-Fi to Station(Client), then press BACK to save your changes
3. Power cycle the EYE MINI to ensure the changes are applied properly, then connect the EYE MINI to your PC via Ethernet cable
4. Navigate to the Settings menu (top-right) within Uneekor Launcher
5. Enter the Devices tab, then select your EYE MINI from the list
6. Select the latest version from the Updates dropdown, then click Install this version (and confirm the prompt by pressing Install)
7. Wait for the update to go through; Uneekor Launcher will tell you when it is complete

To update through the onboard updater, firmware version 2.3.28 or higher must be installed, otherwise you may need to update through Uneekor Launcher first (see steps above). If the installed version meets this requirement, then you can update it by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the MENU on the EYE MINI, then go to Updates
2. Ensure that your EYE MINI is connected to the internet (top-right globe icon should not have a slash through it)
3. Update to the latest version

All Other Launch Monitors

To update your launch monitor, simply follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Settings menu (top-right) within Uneekor Launcher
2. Enter the Devices menu and select from the list the launch monitor you would like to update
3. Select the latest version from the Updates dropdown, then click Install this version (and confirm the prompt by pressing Install)
4. Wait for the update to go through; Uneekor Launcher will tell you when it is complete
