These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the Independence Open promotion offered by Uneekor (the “Promotion”), including any promotional codes (each, a “Promo Code”), discounts, and offers made available as part of the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion or using a Promo Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them herein.

1. Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to purchases of eligible products made directly from Uneekor or from authorized Uneekor resellers and retailers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Promo Codes and other Promotion benefits are valid only on eligible purchases.

2. Promotional Period. The promotional period begins on August 17, 2026, and ends on September 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Promotional Period”).

3. Redemption Deadline. All Promo Codes must be redeemed no later than August 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM EDT. Promo Codes not redeemed by this deadline will expire and become void.

4. No Retroactive Application. Promo Codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the Promo Code is redeemed.

5. One Code Per Order. Only one Promo Code may be used per order. Promo Codes cannot be combined with any other Promo Code, offer, discount, coupon, or promotion.

6. Single Transaction; No Remaining Value. Each Promo Code must be used in a single transaction. Any unused or remaining value is forfeited and will not be retained, refunded, credited, or carried forward to a later purchase.

7. Non-Transferable; No Cash Value. Promo Codes are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred. Promo Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

8. Shipping and Taxes. Applicable shipping charges and taxes may still apply to discounted items purchased using a Promo Code.

9. Eligible Product. Each Promo Code is valid only toward a one (1)-year subscription to GSPro software, commencing the date of redemption. 10. Returns and Refunds. If you return an item purchased using a Promo Code, the value of the Promo Code will be deducted from any refund, and applicable restocking fees will apply. The value of a Promo Code ($250) applied to a returned item will not be reissued or reinstated.

11. Reservation of Rights. Uneekor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms, or to disqualify any individual, at any time and without prior notice.

12. Lost, Stolen, or Invalid Codes. Uneekor is not responsible for any Promo Code that is lost, stolen, expired, deleted, or invalid, or for any technical or other error that affects the issuance or redemption of a Promo Code.

13. Fraud and Abuse. Promo Codes may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or used in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized manner. Uneekor reserves the right to void any Promo Code and to take any other action permitted by law if it suspects fraud, tampering, or abuse.

14. Breach. Any breach of these Terms will invalidate the affected Promo Code, and its value will be forfeited.

15. Void Where Prohibited. The Promotion and Promo Codes are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

16. Governing Law; Severability. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Limitation of Liability. Uneekor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from participation in the Promotion.
