Uneekor Canada Instagram Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Uneekor, Inc., 15770 Laguna Canyon Rd., Unit 100, Irvine, CA 92618 (the "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on the date and time identified in the applicable giveaway post and ends on the date and time specified in the applicable giveaway post (the "Entry Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, entrants must complete the entry requirements identified in the applicable giveaway post. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Following the required Instagram account(s);
- Liking the giveaway post;
- Tagging one (1) friend in the comments; and/or
- Completing any optional bonus entry opportunities described in the giveaway post.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable giveaway post, each unique comment tagging one (1) different person counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries unless otherwise specified.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
The prize(s), approximate retail value ("ARV"), and any applicable prize restrictions will be described in the applicable giveaway post.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message by the Sponsor or the Instagram account identified in the applicable giveaway post and must respond within five (5) days of notification.
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:
- correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
- satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city or province of residence, likeness, Instagram handle, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway, winner verification, and prize fulfillment, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.
13. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
