Return Policy

At Uneekor, we strive to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. Eligible returns and exchanges can be initiated through our self-service Return Center powered by Loop Returns.

Through our Return Center, eligible customers can:

• Request a return for a refund.
• Exchange for the same item or a different eligible product.
• Complete eligible instant exchanges, allowing a replacement order to be processed before your original item is received, subject to eligibility and payment authorization.

All return and exchange requests remain subject to Uneekor's Return Policy and approval requirements.

Return Eligibility

The following products may be eligible for return or exchange if your request is submitted within the applicable time period:

• New launch monitors and related base-level software: Earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.
• Refurbished launch monitors and related software: Earlier of 30 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.
• New accessories (excluding marked golf balls): 15 days after receipt.
• Refurbished accessories (excluding marked golf balls): 30 days after receipt.

If a return request is not initiated within the applicable timeframe, the product will be deemed accepted. This does not affect any rights you may have under Uneekor's Warranty Policy.

All paid software, software licenses, and software subscriptions are non-refundable.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Eligible products may qualify for a replacement or refund, at Uneekor's sole discretion, under the following circumstances:

• The product was shipped in error.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product was defective upon receipt.
• The product is subject to a recall and Uneekor cannot:
  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product that complies with applicable safety standards and is free from safety defects;
  • Bring the product into compliance with applicable standards; or
  • Remedy the defect giving rise to the recall.
• Any other circumstance expressly approved by Uneekor.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Uneekor within 48 hours of delivery. Damage claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Return Conditions

Unless otherwise approved by Uneekor:

• Products must be returned in unused, like-new condition.
• Products must include all original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging.
• Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• If a returned product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of misuse or abuse, Uneekor reserves the right to refuse the return or assess additional restocking fees at its sole discretion.
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable due to the size and weight of our products.
• Return shipping labels issued through our Return Center must be used within 60 days of issuance or they will be cancelled.

This Return Policy does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation or misuse, or any exclusions described in our Warranty Policy.

Exchanges

Eligible products may qualify for:

• Standard exchanges
• Instant exchanges (where available)

Instant exchanges may require a temporary payment authorization until the original product has been received and inspected.

Exchange eligibility may vary based on product availability, order history, and other qualifying criteria.

Processing Your Return

Once your return request has been submitted through the Return Center, you will receive:

• Return instructions.
• A prepaid shipping label, when applicable.
• Status updates throughout the return process.

After your returned product has been received and inspected, Uneekor will determine whether it satisfies the requirements of this Return Policy.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped as applicable.
