Does the QED need to be fully functional?

Accepted Answer

No. We will accept the device even if it is not in full working condition. However, all hardware must be returned and parts cannot be missing.

Can I apply a discount on top of the trade-in credit?

Accepted Answer

No. During this promotion, trade-in credit is fixed and cannot be combined with additional discounts. You will receive a flat-value credit amount based on the trade-in program, regardless of other promotional offers.

How do I send back my QED?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label. Simply pack your QED and drop it off. Once we are notified of a successful return, we will start the process of shipping your EYE XR/EYE XO/EYE XO2.

Do I keep my software licenses?

Accepted Answer

All active subscriptions and separately purchased perpetual licenses will automatically be transferred to your new launch monitor. Any perpetual licenses bundled with a purchase will not be transferred over. All purchases come with a 3-month free trial to our Ultimate package.
