Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy/Promotion. This cancellation policy defines how you can modify or cancel the subscription services outlined below.

Subscriptions

Your Uneekor software subscription will continue and automatically renew until cancelled by you. To use the Uneekor software subscription you must provide us with one or more acceptable “Payment Method”. Payment Method means a current, valid, and accepted method of payment by Uneekor, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account with a third party. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the subscription fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

Billing and Cancellation

Billing Cycle. The Subscription fee for the Uneekor Software and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the subscription, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription displayed on Uneekor.com as well as on your invoice. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment.

Payment Method(s). To use the Uneekor Software subscription you must provide one or more Payment Method(s). You authorize Uneekor to charge any secondary Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected and owed amounts to Uneekor. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, we may suspend your access to the service purchased until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Method(s), the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

Updating your Payment Methods. You may update your Payment Method(s) on my.uneekor.com. You may also update your Payment Method (s) using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize Uneekor to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

Cancellation. You may cancel your Uneekor Software subscription at any time without penalty. You will continue to have access to the Uneekor Software through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to the Account page on our my.uneekor.com website and follow the instructions for cancellation.

Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans, features and the price of our subscription and service at any time without previous notice; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. If you do not wish to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

No Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the subscription and service through the end of your current billing period.

Promotional Offers

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers or subscriptions (“Offer”). Offer eligibility is determined by Uneekor at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your subscription on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent Uneekor subscription to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.
