The minimum system requirements for an iPad running the VIEW Air application are as follows: ***

• Model: iPad Air 2 or higher, iPad mini 4 or higher, iPad 5th gen or higher, all iPad Pro models
• iPadOS: 14 or higher

The launch monitor is connected to the PC through a CAT6 LAN ethernet cable. The ethernet cable must be DIRECTLY connected to your ethernet port on the back of your PC and NOT a switch, router or ethernet adapter.

We recommend 12 feet or more for safety purposes. For those with limited space, 10 feet is the minimum distance.

The process to exchange software or upgrade your subscription is as follows:

• If the software/subscription has been activated for less than three days, you will be refunded the full amount.
• If the software/subscription has been activated for more than three days, you will be issued a refund based on the calculated difference from the number of days you have been using the software/subscription.
• Once refunded, the software/subscription will be cancelled, and you can proceed to purchase the software/subscription of your choice.

Yes, the launch monitor is RH and LH capable without needing to move the hardware (assuming a wide enough environment). You can also have RH and LH golfers play together on a course—just set them up accordingly in the match settings before you start.

The launch monitor should be mounted 9 – 10 feet above the hitting area. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the launch monitor when mounted outside of this range.

Uneekor is approved through Microsoft defender. However, Uneekor software is not approved through third party antivirus, such as Norton, McAfee and Bitdefender. If a third party anti virus is installed on the pc, it is possible the antivirus will pull major files. Please unistall 3rd party antivirus software before installing Uneekor software.

REFINE / REFINE+ is incompatible with most resolution/scaling settings. REFINE / REFINE+ will attempt to fix this by changing your resolution/scaling to a suitable one, but some systems may prevent this from happening.

To check and change your resolution/scaling, please follow these steps:

1. Right-click on your desktop and select Display settings
2. Make sure your display is set to either 1920×1080 at 100% scaling (16:9) or 1024×768 at 100% scaling (4:3); these are the only supported formats for REFINE / REFINE+ at this time
3. Open Uneekor Launcher
4. Go to REFINE / REFINE+ > Settings and change the Display resolution to match the above configuration
