Webcam Compatibility Issue in Latest VIEW Software

Dear Valued Uneekor Customer,
We want to inform you that we are aware of a compatibility issue with certain webcams affecting some users in the latest release of our VIEW software.
This issue specifically may impact users who are:
Using third-party software with VIEW, and
Utilizing a standard webcam for swing motion video review in VIEW.
After a certain number of swings are recorded, the VIEW software may freeze and become unresponsive.
Until a fix is implemented, we recommend the following workarounds:
Disconnect the webcam from your PC and relaunch the third-party software with VIEW, or
Launch the third-party software using our Third-Party Connector only (without VIEW).
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Our development team is actively working on a new VIEW software update to resolve this issue and restore stable performance. We appreciate your patience and will notify you as soon as the fix is available.
