Why is this change happening?

We’re discontinuing the QED and placing it into end of life so that we can focus on engineering, updates, and support on our modern hardware, including the rear-mounted EYE XR. As our technology advances, we want to make sure that our users receive the best experience possible, and as a thank you to our dedicated users, we are offering all QED users the chance to upgrade their hardware to our newest product at a discounted rate with their trade-in credits.

Golf tech has evolved, and so have we. The EYE XR blends rear-mounted freedom with advanced infrared precision for accuracy, safety, and performance. You get 19 club and ball data points, Club AI with sticker-free club tracking, and the freedom to play with any ball. Dimple Optix™ reads dimple patterns directly, so there’s no need for dots or markings, meaning no ball stickers needed for tracking. A slim, compact build not only looks amazing but helps with spacing and positioning, and a modern rear-mount preserves clean sight lines. Setup is cleaner too: Power over Ethernet (PoE) gives you one plug for power and data for a tangle free game, and streamlined installation means less cabling and easier maintenance.

Program details and how it works

The QED Trade-In Program is available only to customers who purchased their unit directly from Uneekor or through an authorized reseller. 

This exclusive program is designed as a loyalty reward for QED owners, offering a straightforward path to upgrade into the EYE XR, our most advanced rear-mounted launch monitor. Trade-in credits are applied directly at checkout toward the EYE XR when using the program, with values based on your original purchase date. Units purchased within one year qualify for a $4,800 credit, within two years receive $3,900, and those purchased more than two years ago still earn $3,300. These credits cannot be redeemed as store credit, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or seasonal sale.

The program works on a one-for-one basis, meaning a single QED can only be traded towards a single EYE XR. Licenses transition smoothly but with some important distinctions. Any licenses that were purchased separately from the QED will transfer over to the EYE XR automatically. It should be noted however that perpetual licenses that were originally bundled with the QED will not carry over and will be forfeited with the unit, any other licenses you will keep. To help with the transition, every new EYE XR purchase also comes with a 3-month trial of the Ultimate package, giving you immediate access to Uneekor’s most complete software experience.

The return process is streamlined for convenience. After purchasing your EYE XR, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a prepaid FedEx label. Once shipped and confirmed, your new EYE XR will be shipped to you. To qualify, all physical components of the QED must be returned intact. Units do not need to be working, but devices missing components will not be eligible.
