Launch Angle
The vertical angle at which the ball leaves the clubface. Optimal launch varies by club.
Spin Rate
Revolutions per minute of the ball after impact. Affects trajectory shape, carry distance, and stopping power.
Carry
The distance the ball travels through the air before first hitting the ground. Excludes roll.
Club Speed
How fast the clubhead is moving at the moment of impact. The primary driver of potential distance.
Smash Factor
The ratio of ball speed to club speed. A measure of strike efficiency — closer to 1.50 means a more centered hit.
Club Path
The direction the clubhead is moving at impact relative to the target line.
Face Angle
