1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Uneekor, Inc., 15770 Laguna Canyon Rd., Unit 100, Irvine, CA 92618 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on April 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 12, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Instagram Entry: During the Entry Period, entrants must:

1. (a) Follow @uneekor, @ramshillgolfclub, and @vicegolf on Instagram;
2. (b) Tag one friend — unlimited entries;
3. (c) Like the post; and
4. (d) Optional bonus: Share the Giveaway post to your Instagram Story for one additional entry.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without following, tagging, or sharing, hand-print your name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Uneekor, Inc., Attn: Instagram Giveaway, 15770 Laguna Canyon Rd., Unit 100, Irvine, CA 92618. Each mailed entry must be postmarked by April 8, 2026, and received by April 11, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive:

• A custom Uneekor EYE MINI,
• One (1) Vice Aero Carry Bag Black,
• One (1) Major Edition Magnetic Towel and a dozen Vice Pro Major balls, and
• One (1) night at the House on the Hill, valid M-W nights May-Sep 2026 and receive two (2) rounds of golf for 4 players + complimentary same-day replays.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $7,500. No cash or prize substitutions permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about April 13, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @uneekor or via the email address provided in the AMOE entry and must respond within five (5) days of notification. If potential winner does not respond, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications.

11. Governing Law and Venue

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you are providing your information to Uneekor, Inc., not to Instagram.
