Eligibility

• Open to verified owners of Uneekor QED units.
• Proof of purchase and product serial numbers are required.
• Units must not be reported as lost, stolen, or permanently damaged.

Program Period

• Begins on September 15, 2025, and continues until further notice.
• Uneekor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

Trade-In Credit

• Eligible participants will receive a credit of up to USD $3,300 toward the purchase of a new EYE XR unit.
• Credit values may vary depending on activation status and unit condition.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Return Process

• Customers must use Uneekor’s designated FedEx Return Service for all returns. In case of return service by FedEx is not available, Uneekor will directly support the return process.
• Detailed instructions will be provided upon program registration.
• Returned units must be shipped within the specified timeframe to qualify for credit.

Software Offer

• Perpetual REFINE and REFINE+ licenses will be transferred to the new EYE XR.
• Bundled perpetual licenses included with QED (such as VIEW and third-party connector licenses) will not transfer and will terminate when the QED is traded in.
• Licenses and software subscription packages purchased separately by customers (including REFINE, REFINE+, Pro, Champion, and Ultimate) will be automatically transferred to the new EYE XR without any additional fees.

Limitations

• Trade-in credit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or incentives.
• Only one trade-in credit may be applied per EYE XR purchase.
• All returned QED units become the property of Uneekor upon receipt and will not be returned.
• Participation in the trade-in program and use of any complimentary subscription are personal to the customer and may not be transferred, resold, or assigned.
• Eligibility is limited to original end-users of QED units; resellers and distributors are excluded.

End-of-Life Notice

• Official support for QED units will end on December 31, 2026.

Disclaimer

• In the event of product defects, Uneekor will provide support under its standard warranty policy.
• Uneekor is not liable for shipping delays or issues caused by third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx).
• Terms and conditions may vary by country and are subject to applicable local laws and regulations.

Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement and participation in the Trade-In Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree that the exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uneekor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Trade-In Program. In no event shall Uneekor’s total aggregate liability to any participant exceed the amount actually paid by such participant for the EYE XR unit under this program. Nothing in this Section shall limit Uneekor’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited by law.
