The finish is your final movement that reflects the overall flow and balance of your swing. If your finish is unstable, the connection throughout the entire swing can easily break down. A steady finish is essential for consistent shots. There are 7 checkpoints at finish:

A balanced finish isn't just for show; it's a sign that you maintained control, rhythm, and proper weight transfer throughout your swing. If you're falling off-balance or finishing awkwardly, chances are your swing path, tempo, or lower-body mechanics were off. It's important to note that while you can of course use the AI trainer feature with any club, currently the driver and 7-iron have integrated modes available. What this means is that the AI Trainer's evaluation criteria may vary depending on the selected club type during the session.  As we improve and update our AI Trainer, more features will be available to use to help you achieve more satisfying and confident swings.
