Updates to Main Menu icon images and tile organization

1. Organization of feature images/icons and names so that 18 Hole Round becomes the main feature icon on Main Menu
2. Evaluation icon added to Main Menu – NEW feature designed to take users through a full evaluation of their game focusing on 6 key areas.
